How To Make The 3 Ingredient Fudge
Start by gathering the 3 simple ingredients for the easy recipe:
- 200g/7oz Chocolate
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 to 1/3 Cup Sugar
You can include any chocolate you’d like in the simple recipe, including chocolate chips, dark chocolate, milk chocolate or even white chocolate. If you’d like to make a dairy free fudge then just make sure that the chocolate that you include is dairy free, which dark chocolate often is, just always check to be sure.
Adjust the level of sugar depending on the chocolate you’re using and how sweet you’d like the treat to be.
Break up the chocolate and place it into a small saucepan, then add in the peanut butter and sugar.
Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and cook, stirring regularly, until the chocolate has fully melted and you have a smooth, creamy fudge mixture.
Allow the chocolate fudge mixture to cool a little at room temperature, then move it to an airtight container that’s lined with well greased baking paper and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to harden.
Remove from the fridge then cut the fudge into bite sized pieces and enjoy, storing leftovers in the fridge to enjoy within a couple of days.
