How To Make The Easy Dessert Recipe
Start by gathering the 4 simple ingredients for the easy recipe:
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 2-4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 to 1 Lemon
Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl for whipping. You can use heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, double cream or any other cream that you can whip into whipped cream.
Using an electric mixer or bowl with a whisk attachment, whisk the cream until it just starts to thicken to whipped cream. Don’t overmix at this stage because you still need to whisk in the other ingredients.
Add the mascarpone to the whipped cream and whisk until fully combined, then add in the sugar and whisk again to get the sugar incorporated into the creamy mousse. You can include 2-4 tablespoons of sugar, it just depends on how sweet you usually like your sweet treats.
